For implementation of services, we work in III stages:
Stage I: PLANNING

Architectural design
Work approach:
1. The architect receives the task from the customer, fixes the main desires for himself, decides on the type and style of the building. He measures the site for the building and prepares the project documentation.
2. Creation of architectural concept, familiarization of the customer with it. Getting comments, wishes of the customer.
3. Creation of conceptual design of a house. Options of planning, cut-outs are developed. Binding of the object to the area is also carried out.
4. The final stage - the contract for the issue of working documentation. All details are agreed, a working draft of the building is developed.
5. Completion of the project to the builders.
